Port may not be your tipple, try a nice tawny and report back.
As I mentioned earlier, Madeira is my first choice, followed by Oloroso/Amontillado Sherry or Champagne. Other sweet wines I just adore are Tokay or Sauternes; both of which are women favorites so you significant other may enjoy them too.
