Words to the wise about the Mike's Sampler Deals -

1. They 'reserve the right' to substitute cigars without 1st telling you
(they tried to pull this on me using lesser choices, & then instead of swapping the unacceptable subs as agreed when I returned them, they just cancelled the order, leaving me with 2-way shipping charges). Be sure to tell them you WILL NOT accept subs unless they get your prior OK.

2. They ship these cigars loose in a big Zip-Loc bag tossed in a box with inadequate packing. Some of the uncellophaned sticks had damaged wrappers as a result.

I believe Mike's has enough cigars to make a decent offering when they offer a sampler,if they have to substitute something it is because they really did run out of that particular brand.I don't have any problem with that,they probably sell the heck out of those samplers,because they are a good deal.If you recieve damaged goods,they will very likely replace them,they have done so for me ,and they realize that sometimes a delivery will get damaged.If a package is poorly packed,you should let them know so they can correct the problem.I still shop there ,especially since the prices have not gone up in the recent catalog,I respect them for that...

Maybe I'm not seeing a second page or I overlooked something on that site, but all I can find for cigars on there is cigar.com.

Yes - scrolled all the way down. Just re-opened the site and that page and I see cigar.com, joecigar and today's cigar on the list. It's possible that the latter two were there when I had first looked at the page and as I posted earlier that it's possible I just somehow missed them when I quickly scanned the page.

Do you see more than those three sites on there?

it used to change every few days. i will watch it this week. i know that sites have to pay to be on the list, maybe they drop off every now and then.

not a daily deal, but a superb price in my opinion for the JJ maduro. I'm not a huge Pepin fan, nor do i work/schill for Tampahumidors
