Frito pie = fritos and chilli
duck nachos = tortillas, duck confit, avocado, sour cream, and pepper jack
plantain sweet potato risotto
lobster vanilla bean risotto
foie gras on anything

Dipping a Ritz in softened ice cream.

Jujubees to wash everything down.
