Some people say pick a set day and weigh in, others say weigh in everyday. The majority of participants in this thread weigh in on a weekly basis (whenever possible). It really doesn't matter IMHO, whatever you are comfortable with . Different diets also call for different methods too. I'm on WW, and they reccommend a once a week weigh-in.
