I was in the mood to check out a local smoke. It was a pretty light maduro, but started the work day off as I drove between offices and smoked. There's something wonderful about a fairly new hand-rolled cigar.

5 Vegas Classic Torpedo Tasty smoke as usual, well constructed, burned even, and had a nice draw.

Bad experience with an El Rico habana maduro torpedo. Good flavors but uneven burn and as ash that looked like a novelty exploding cigar.
So I just smoked an 08 Juan Lopez #2 and I feel much better. |

I tried two sticks for the first time today. La Plascencia Organica. Some of it was okay but the last one is going to the back of the humi for like 5 years. Way too mild.
And a One Off. It was mild but tasty. I liked it and will be glad to do it again. |

I had a Tatuaje Cazadores that had a little age on them, awesome stick. A lot better then I thought.
