I'm not terribly too surprised about him getting the axe already, but it is a bit of a disappointment.
About a month before the season started I ran into him at a cigar bar in Boston. Didn't really get a chance to talk at length, but he was excited and looking forward to coaching again. I'm curious to see how long it takes ESPN to sign him as a commentator again... I seem to remember Eddie O getting back on VS pretty quickly after the Pens fired him.
