			I'm in the home stretch of Round 2--Week 13 recovery starts tomorrow!  Just a few more sessions of YogaX, Core Synergistics, and Kenpo this week.  It will be weird (and relieving) not working out twice a day.  It's awful cold in my garage at 6am every morning!
