Just discovered Chimay last night...Had two. Wow. Knocked me on my a$$. Very good and would have loved it with a cigar, but alas, no smoking in the bar I was in.

FYI, there are at least three different styles of Chimay, Red Label, Blue Label, and Cream/White Label. All are different belgian styles of beer.

Love the blue label, the white label is just "ok" for me... Mmmm.. Grande reserve...
