I would get it through square trade if it were me. Much better coverage than any of the others and cheaper if i am not mistaken.

Squaretrade only pays a max of $499 for whatever iphone you have, so be mindful of that. Then the $50 deductible, and the cost of the plan.
That leaves you at $350 for a phone that costs a lot more to replace.
They'll have it fixed if you don't destroy it, and it's a good deal, just wanted to throw that out there. They won't replace a destroyed iphone, they'll just Ppal $350.00.
