Where do you smoke?

I'm lucky here in NY I live on the east river and my complex has outdoor decks and a walkway thats right on the river so I usually smoke there. This past winter was my first winter here and I loved it, people stayed in, I went out put on my flannel lined pants, a warm jacket, my boots and I had peace and quiet.
