I set the waiver priority that way. I figured putting everyone on waivers on Sunday and setting priority based on standings is the fairest way to do it. Means the teams doing better have less ability to snag the break-out players of the week, while the teams struggling have more chance to grab someone who can help them.

Sounds fair to me, having Brandon Jackson and Adrian Peterson would be pretty mean.
