			I put in a heck of a bunch of eating time on this vacation in order to push myself up to 202. It kinda gave me pause, and made me realize how often/how much time I had to have been spending in order to keep my weight up at 250. I should start a new all-you-can-eat diet where you can eat all you can stuff in your hole for x minutes at a time for x minutes a day, then you decrease that number gradually for over a period of time till you're eating normally.

			  all!Wow, it's been a while since I checked in here and it shows. I've basically done nothing for the past three weeks and am up about 6 pounds. I start back to work in a week, so I need to get my butt in gear for it. Gonna get in a workout today for sure. I have let myself go for a bit and have let myself down, but vacation is almost over. Time to get motivated.

			Way to go! My way of beating the dessert cravings is to freeze peeled banannas and chuck them in the blender with a little vanilla, some soymilk, some water, a tiny bit of cocoa powder + cinnamon and blend to a milkshake like consistency. Often I will chuck in some pineapple, misc fruit, or berries. I picked up some greek yogurt the other day, I think I will incorporate some this weekend.

			I've been doing something similar for breakfast the last couple of days. 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, creatine, 4 oz cottage cheese, two teaspoons ground flax seed, one banana, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Makes a filling shake with loads of protein, fiber and good fats. I did a scoop of peanut butter one day too.
