Actually, you'll be surprised how nice is Bailys, amaretto(or grand m), khalua, and some nice dark, sweet rum. Mix equal parts and enjoy!

While I would only put HC7 near the middle of my list of sipping rums, it is by far my favorite for mixing with coke. I like the Centenario Fundacion XX Anos for sipping.
