I also believe you were told not to publicly discuss the last infraction you received as it was visible only to the ToE and yourself. Since you have mentioned it 3 times here, I guess it is not a secret any longer that you were infracted for rude behavior toward another member. And yes, I guess you can say you are well are your way to #2.

Just an opinion, of course, but the OP seems to be fairly inebriated. I'm not sure patronizing will stop it as quickly as just ignoring it.

Guys, I have it figured out.. He IS getting a divorce, and is drinking, as a way of coping with his impending loss.. Hence all the threads.
