Spent a few hours playing today. I kinda like the change of pace from BF3 the last 9 months. Not sure what to unlock though. Any suggestions? I am at an 18 rank right now.

Hmm I don't know what there is to unlock that early. I think the most important thing to determine is what type of weapon you are going to use primarily in BO2. Be aware it may not be the same as other games as weapons in this game seem to work a bit different. For example in BO1 I used the MPL, it was pretty amazing but in this game I can't use SMGs although tons of people do. I would reccomend trying the LMGs, they are extremly underated in this game.

I am really loving the M27 with the ACOG. I used to use the target finder, but the target finder isn't very accurate.

The sub-machine MSMC is really good if you trick it out. I've been doing really well with that gun. I stink at snipers and I'm just ok with rifles. I'm more of a run and gun type though.

I got killed tons of times the other day by two players running strictly shotguns. The distance is way over rated for the shotguns IMO.

Yup, shotguns are dumb but not as bad as they have been in previous COD games.

Ran into a guy last night with the GT of MerryStatue. Not sure how he was doing it, but he had numerous games with k/ds of like 70-2. Crazy.

It was Xbox, so hacking would be tough. I will say he was moving very fast. No one could catch him and we all had lightweight/conditioning on. It was nuts. I wish I had recorded it.

Haha nice playing with you too Chipper. I would rather have somebody I know than a random no matter how well or bad they play. There is an added value in communication that isn't shown on the leaderboards.
