Well I've been cigarette free now for 74 hours now. After my dad told me about my grandpas lung problems I decided to give it up.

I just noticed that this morning on my way to work. Stinky habit.

I've been cigarette free for about a year now IIRC. Lost track after the first couple months. Couldn't be happier. That damn habit controlled my life.
