Well I finally decided I needed to do more exercise.  I'm up to about 240 and I've had enough.  Starting to cut back on the amount of soda I drink, and replace it with water.  But mainly it's the stairs. Yesterday I started doing the stairs at work.  The jail is 12 floors.  But each floor is really a floor and a half.  So i started doing the stairs 2 times back to back each day I work.  So its basically doing 36 flights of stairs, in uniform with duty belt full of gear.  I feel like **** afterwards and during it.  But all in all I know I'm doing something.  Here's to cutting back some lbs.
