I did something (uncharacteristically) nice for one of my wife's girlfriends. My wife was appreciative, and said so.

I asked her not to spread around what a nice guy I was, because it would ruin my "street cred".

She said, "you mean the street cred where people think you're a self-centered, misogynistic pig, I think you'll be fine".

My wife, I think I'll keep her
