So, I watching a movie, and the main character said to the supporting character, "Monsieur, you are a lulu!"
I have seen this movie numerous times, but for some reason, it just struck me as funny. So, anybody know the movie? And the main actor's name? And the reason I posted this is because he smokes cigars throughout this movie.
