Love it. Timeless design. How old is it? Gorgeous wood floors. Are they the original floors.

I am in love with those early 30s - early 50s houses. My wife and I want something similar in the next 5 years if we ever get out of this place.

I really like it. I enjoy the floors a lot and the home seems to be well built. Really enjoy the few spots where the floors creak a bit too

Gives it some character.
