4 scoops of vasocharge mixes like 2 scoops, the flavor is tolerable but I still like WF better 4 scoops of that mixes better and tastes better, I will wait and see if it is good for a bit of cardio.

truth be told (for other's sake, not yours Dave), Gerry is already (and will probably always be) stronger than me in every lift. I'm just a frickin newbie ... which you already know.

Day 3 of the Vassive NO, and I am really starting to dig it. I don't get the crazed focus like the WF, but today my lifts were stonger than usual and I felt "in the groove". I will still go through another couple weeks of workouts before I "recommend" it, but so far, so good.

Thanks, but don't thank me yet. I've got a long ways to go before I've earned the title of Marine. Eventually I intend to go Force Recon, and I'm pretty sure that's going to keep me busy in the gym for the rest of my life. It's a lifestyle I don't ever intend to give up.

Tom, good to hear you like the Vassive. I haven't taken WF regularly in almost 4 months so it's hard to give an accurate comparison, but taking the 1 sample of their tabs I did a few weeks ago I felt ready to run through walls like a 1 man demo-crew. Vassive gives me a more calm/focused energy which I really like, and I really like that the creatine mono is incorporated in there as well. I'll definitely buy another tub. I also really like the lemon-lime flavor. It's one of the best tasting supplements I've ever taken, and it definitely works for me.

Adam, sounds like your experience with the Vassive is a lot like mine...a calmer focus. I do like it, and agree that the creatine (which I haven't been taking in quite some time) is an added bonus.

I like your attitude about "earning" the title of Marine. With your attitude, I have no doubt you will be a big success in whatever you do.

Full body tommorow. I got back into my lifting program about a month ago. Im taking the usual gnc 100% whey protein after lifting, and started this creatine 189. Im getting really good results with the 189.
