I only have a couple buddies that keep up with MMA enough to care to talk about it and my wife is sick of me trying to get her interested. So if anyone here is a fan lets talk MMA!

UFC has a great free card on Fox this Saturday. What are your picks?

I've got Benson Henderson defeating Josh Thomson by decision. I think Josh will bring it but Benson will figure out a way to make it boring.
