Default A Bittersweet Day...

After I had my accident a couple of weeks ago, I was going to fix myself a nice Quad Cordalito. Thankfully, I was still kinda out of it from the fall and I forgot to put water in the Moka.

A word of advice...always remember the water. A melting Moka Pot is NOT a pretty sight. Looking back though, that may have played a part in keeping me alive. I can imagine how much quicker I would have bleed out if I had had all of that caffine in my system.

So, goodbye Old Friend, the years were great!

And hello New Buddy, here's to a long relationship!

My condolences on your recent loss of a mokapot.

I hope you and the new guy enjoy many happy years together.

What's a "quad cordalito?"

Sorry, bad spelling day. I meant a Cortadito. A Cuban Style Espresso. I usually make a strong (quad shot) to get me going for work.
