I've been really happy with the Lotus Duet double flame as well as my Xikar Allume double. Probably not the best, but have had them for over 5 years and have performed very well. Look good too.
My favorite would probably have to be the Xikar Volta quad table top lighter. We have them at the lounge I used to work/frequent. Just had to watch your eyebrows. I love cool lighters so I'm always watching Cbid for good deals on them. Great place to buy nice ones at a big discount.
