I might have to try this one. I was looking for a good brew the other night with the girlfriend, she pointed this one out. But I said I wasn't sure since I haven't had it.

It's not a bad brew, although I am partial to Sammy. I'm not a fan of the winter ale though. Boston Lager and Boston Ale are my go to beers most of the time.

Bought a sixer of the sam adam's octoberfest. It was rather "meh". I actually prefer Michelob Marzen to it.

It started shipping here in NJ this past Monday. I expect a case to arrive in store tomorrow. As I still have a few squirrelled away from last year (and have been promised a few "samples" from my rep

), I'll not be buying any soon, so you're welcome to it.

Well I'm in the minority I guess. I hated both Winter Lager and Summer Lager. In fact, the only Sam Adams I really enjoy to drink is Noble Pils. Actually, their Imperial Stout is decent as well.

I really can't do the noble pils... i feel like I'm drinking a glass of potpourri.

The winter beers (Chocolate stout, old fezziwig, and the winter ale) are my three favorite of the seasonals.
