Very nice blend this morning. 50% Guatemala Acatenango -Finca La Soledad at Vienna+ and 50% El Salvador La Montanita Pacamara at City+ Very nice flavors. Fullness in the background from the dark roast (coco, baking spices) and a fruity, citrus form the Lighter El Salvador.

You have never roasted a French Roast? That is beyond Vienna. This was just short of French.

Drinking some local roast from a joint called Buffalo Mountain... got a gift card for XMas so I figured I'd try it out... really nice flavors, definitely makes the house smell like chocolate after grinding...

Just pressed some Rwanda Kibuye Gitesi at Full city +. Very tasty. Not quite as candy-like as the FT Dunkunde Kawa Musasa, but very good.

Enjoying a blend, fresh from the press: 50% Guatamala Bourbon Finca San Diego Buena Vista at Full City & 50% El Salvador La Montanita Pacamara at Full City. Very nice blend. Bright, fruity, citrus, floral notes with malted-milk chocolate.

I roasted an "old" favorite, from earlier this year, yesterday. Looking forward to the 1st cup tomorrow. El Salvador El Carrizal, tastes like chocolate covered in cherries. Hope I hit the roast right.
