When ordering if we wanted our initials do we put that in the note/request section? Is there an additional cost?

Yes, You put that in the "Additional Information" box,
And NO there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for names or initials.

Got my case today and it is just awesome. Definitely something I will cherish for years.

I also ordered a gun belt which was of the same fine quality and craftmanship.

Now I gotta order a holster since I know such a fine craftman and BOTL...
