I'm amazed that this thread is going the way it is. I honestly thought I was one of the few that couldn't stand listening to JM's commentary. He brought a lot to the game, but his color comments were absolutely awful.

Thank God for small favors. He never shut up, and until some one stole that damn screen pen from him I hated watching Mon night football. I wanted to shove the damn pen where the sun doesn't shine. Anayzing is one thing, but he freaking micro ananlisysed each play down to pure boredom.... my .02

I'm going to miss him too. He's been a little off his game the past several years, but I think he's one of the greatest. I'm not sure how I feel about Collinsworth pairing with Michaels now.
