I felt the hiding spot was brilliant, and I love how he was mentally trying to tell him self where he hid the body in the visions of his Dad

Quinn's had some secrets ever since he debuted. Always wondered where he got the money for that nice car he drives around. And then the whole deal with him and Anton last season. Taking the money from the hotel is just more fuel on the fire.

I think having his dad as his conscience is one of the best aspects of this show.

I just watched disc 1 via netflix with my daughter this weekend. I will be watching more. Excellent show. I will not read any threads either, no spoilers for me!

I was just watching a bit of 3rd Rock and it's hard to believe that John Lithgow is the same actor. He looks the same, but completely different persona. Trinity is a whole new role for him.
Anybody remember Harry and the Hendersons?

I have a feeling Rita and Dexter are going to be test the whole season.
Part of me would like to see Dexter solo again but I do enjoy watching him juggle life and his hobby

I don't think Rita is too mean, but she has changed in the last few seasons!

Haven't read the books but an am avid watcher of the series. I think this is starting out as the best season since #1. I'm fascinated by the changes in how it's being filmed, particularly with regard to the (literal, bloody) cutting. They seem to have taken a cue from the slasher genre and focused us (the viewer) in on cuts by making them slower and deeper.

As for Rita, I can't shake this feeling that something's going to happen to her. Like others, I kind of feel like she and the baby are getting in the way of the show's core plot line. Part of me thinks she'll be killed. But I go back and forth about that, especially considering my next point....

Lundy is going to die. I have little doubt. The whole lone wolf thing from the last episode has articulated or joined him to Trinity. Deb might very well fall for him (yet another Deb romance tragedy); but I am almost absolutely certain he will die in an EPIC showdown with Trinity, possible in the arms of Dexter. Or maybe I only HOPE that will happen.

Love the show. Can't wait for tonight's episode. You know Rita is gonna be pissed. LoL!

Haha. Yeah. His comedy stuff was fine. He's soooooo good in this role, though. Very dark. I love it!

Kind of like Jimmy Smits, I have a new respect for both of these actors after their portrayals in this series.

No way he would take her out, mother of his kid. Especially since he's trying to "blend in" and just be another regular member of society. But she's annoying damnit
