			Been doing the Strong lifts 5X5 workout for about 3 weeks now.  Its a pretty interesting workout.  The squats are getting easier despite the weight going up.  my form is getting better and making them easier to do.   
		
		
		
		
		
		
			The workout is based on 5 diff. lifts: squat, bench press, dead lift, barbell shoulder press, bent over rows. everything is 5 sets of 5 reps, except for dead lifts, its only 1 set of 5 reps. Day 1 is squats, bench, and rows. day 2 is squats, press, and dead lift. workouts are every monday, wednesday, and friday. Every day you you increase your weight 5 pounds, except for the dead lifts, you increase by 10 pounds. Its a pretty good workout to get strong and gain muscle. if you want more info, go to stronglifts.com
