what's everyone's opinion on the quality of the replica watches? I've always wondered how good the detail and movements were. I actually don't wear a watch anymore and have my dad's old '60s Seamaster in a drawer so I'm not in the market for a replica. Just curious.

Very nice. I use to have a nearly identical Seamaster. Look for a regular band and get an Omega clasp or deployment clasp. You won't be able to tell the difference.

Already have the omega clasp that I got from the jeweler that did the service. They had an omega band that fit the watch but didn't fit my wrist so I just bought the clasp... I was thinking about doing a deployant clasp but I would want to go with an omega clasp at the very least and if I remember correctly they go for $300-400 by themselves

No way... You must be able to get an Omega stainless deployment clasp for under $125. There's not much to it. Where have you been looking?

Most of the places are the ones that I know are actually selling authentic ones... If you happen to know of a place or find one in your travels let me know I'm definitely interested!

Bikes, Babes & Cigars!

I was gonna ask someone here to stop my madness, but before I could post this...the wife took care of it. Five Invictas since 8/28/11, the Mrs. said no more. Damn, I knew I should've kept a separate account just for my fun stuff.

Try not to laugh but I have 2 Crotons my old chronomaster in need of a battery and a skeleton automatic which I find fascinating to watch run.

![]() This is the Metawatch by Texas Instruments. It is still in Developer release, but man it is sweeeeeet. It connects to my Droid (Note: only droids right now. No software for Blackberrys, iPhones, etc) via bluetooth. Along the bottom you can see: Missed calls, missed texts, and missed e-mails. It vibrates whenever I receive any of these 3 along with showing me who is making the phone call, or showing me the text message, or showing me which account received an e-mail. Plus I get the weather! Best. Purchase. Ever. (I've been using it for a week now - wanted to make sure it really worked. I work in a factory so I can't hear my phone ring and usually don't feel it vibrate...but the vibration on my wrist is hard to miss) http://metawatch.org/ Posted via Mobile Device |

I can actually FEEL the vibrate feature since it is strapped to my wrist, I can glance down and see what the weather is outside, read all incoming text messages, and see who is calling. Best. Watch. Ever. Posted via Mobile Device |
