That's a decent entry level burr grinder, I used one for 6 years before upgrading to a Breville Smart Grinder Pro. Baratza Encore is a good grinder as well unless you will be brewing espresso.

if you don't have one already, a good burger grinder will make the biggest difference. They're not cheap, but they're worth every penny.

I saved some of the Yemen and Ethiopian for SO in my Aeropress and blended the rest. The blend has a big, silky body with complex chocolate, caramel, nuts and a bit of citrus in the cup this morning....

Check out either of the Papau New Guinea coffees if you like a darker roast and chocolaty cup.

I've seen other roasters like this where they lined the insides with tin foil to increase the radiant heat/reduce heat loss. Reducing your roast time will help draw out more...
