^^^ only problem with that is that it comes from a third party and there is a huge delivery charge. I'm not sure if Lowe's will honor that. There's a big thread about this over at the Brethren...

I will be smoking 2 racks of beef ribs and a rack of BB's, along with a few ABT's on my under experimentation, modified set up with a 10" charcoal basket, a rotis ring, and some rope gasket on my 22"...

For a supercharged sear I like to use my charcoal chimney starter with a small cast iron grate sitting on top. A quick 30 second sear per side on the ahi is all it needs.

I make the best burgers by using cheap, high fat ground beef/chuck. ....$1.59/lb at our local Asian meat market. I cook these medium for myself.
