			Ribs finally knit up and the exercise program is back in place. 
  
Upped the push-ups to 200 in the am and 200 in the pm a couple weeks ago in addition to the "routine".  Been doing the cardio (bike) 8-9 times per week. 
  
Cycled up and down but being able to exercise again is a good thing.  Trying to settle into a "pattern" that ranges around 180.  Wake up at 179, gain 3 lbs during the day, lose 2 exercising at night, lose another 1 sleeping... waking up at 179 the next morning.
