Don't worry, when I saw the American Cheese on there I had the same thought. It's the Wisconsin in ya.
I always heard it called "Rocky Mountain Toast"... I'm sure there are a ton of names for this.
I do like the recipe though- I'll have to try it sometime!! Thanks!!
