Pair Recomendation for a night of cards

Two bourbons that are generally available everywhere and are fairly inexpensive but great are Evan Williams Single Barrel and Russell's Reserve. I like Bill and Rev's choices as well.

For a good "pairs well with everything" Scotch I would choose Balvenie 12y Doublewood. Yes I know there are better Scotchs but this one pairs well with so many cigars.

For rum I would second the nomination for Ron Zacapa 23

Yes Pairs Well. That's what I'm looking for. So price dosnt have to be high end as long as the pairing is right on. Thanks.
