Just wait.
We all go through that "dreading" phase.
I went through it twice, with both kids.
After a not too long while, once you see how neat an empty nest really is, trust me, the "dreading" becomes jumping for joy.

A couple of years ago I traded my "Naked Daddy Room" for the whole "Naked Daddy House". Now, when my son comes home for the weekend, it's a REAL adjustment. Love to have him come home though, so I don't mind giving in a little.
