66F is fine for cigars. Keep it under 70F and you are good. I wouldn't trust the thermometer on unit however. I would purchase a good re-calibratable hygrometer that reads temperature as well as humidity.

As for cedar, drawers can be had from either ChasDen or WaxingMoon. Lining isn't necessary, and I personally think it looks better without.
