			My grill area has a blue tarp on it, so I can just pull it off and I'm ready to go. Even in the winter snow and all!

			What a silly question.  If you have steak or ribs, they go on the grill.  Burgers do not get cooked anywhere except on the grill, same thing with bratwurst.  Firing up the grill means you have something to keep you warm.  Besides, to not grill out in sub-freezing weather would mean I don't grill from Dec - Mar.  What a waste that would be.
