Have My Own Room

Good luck, bought mine last year.
Out here, all the homes were either forclosures or short sales. Mine was a short sale. Going through the financing part I was getting really stressed out. My finance guy put it in perspective, I was getting a home for a great price, the people I was buying from were losing there home. The real stress was on them. Just keep your eye on the prize, it will all work out. BTW, talk to a couple people about financing, rates and fees do vary. |

In my case, I didn't see anything in the foreclosure ranks or short sale that ever compared to the house we bought. The seller's came down $106k off their original list price in 2008 to what we paid for it a year and a half later. My realtor was amazed at the price we bought it for as he got a doctor a house just before the bubble burst that paid $100k more and still didn't have as nice of a house. |
