Yeah I agree, it's 18 degrees out. I'm not smoking, as far as stress levels well that's why there's alcohol .

I see your predicament, cigarettes would be my next go to. Although if you don't already smoke them I wouldn't start. Assuming you don't......ummmm I think you're SoL.

There's probably quite a few 30 minute smokes, fuente short story comes to mind. Also you could just buy a box of budget smokes and smoke as much of them as you can before tossing the rest out and not worrying about it.

Padron Corticos are excellent. So far as little tiny cigars go, I can't think of any better.
On the cc side, and I'll likely get skewered for saying this, but Cohiba cigarettes are really damned good. I don't inhale them at all, I retrohale them. If you smoke two back to back, they'll throw a nicotine buzz on you, and I think they're delicious.
So far as smoking in the cold goes, I love smoking a cigar while I'm shoveling snow. I'm not at all a fan of just going out and sitting in the weather, I'm too pussified. If there's no wind, I'll fire up the heaters in the shed and smoke while I'm working out there. Occasionally I'll sit on the porch at night and have a smoke if it's still. For the most part, my smoking pretty much ceases till it warms up outside.
