FWIW since the actor isn't a requirement for this thread (I think) - right movie, wrong actor. That was Leon (Brion James) who said that - right after he knocked Deckard (Harrison Ford) unconscious and had picked him back up and was about to gouge Deckard's eyes out. Before he could though, Leon was shot in the back by Rachel (Sean Young) with Deckard's blaster...
