			Better extraction of coffee since it steeps even with all the coffee.  Go to Starbucks and order a cup of coffee from the French Press.  Every Starbucks makes them.  Ask for the same beans as they are drip brewing and compare the two different methods.

			Septic-tanker here.  A qwik rinse of water into a spent press then swish it into a strainer - dump into compost widget after it drains for a few minutes.  Espresso grounds from knockbox to compost thingie.
