Acu-Rite 00613 Digital Hygrometer from Wal-Mart

if the next one or 2 i buy are as good as the first one then its one hell of a good deal.

I picked one of these up last week after reading about it here. The salt test showed it to be ten points off after 24 hours with the salt. My old analog one is more accurate than this one.
