| Still Watching My Back |  Re: Grilled cheese anyone?  I'd like to repeat the mayo trick. Use good mayonnaise on the outside of the bread. Try Trader Joe's, or a hispanic brand. It creates a great crispy crust on the outside.   |

			Jalepenos are a little too spicey for me, but good idea on the pepperoncini's.. .that sounds good!! nice and mild!

			There are tons of different "High End" grilled cheeses that are all great. I try and make something new everyone now and again. But if it's just a plain old Grilled Cheese, I like to throw Oregano on it. Especially if there is tomato soup. It just adds a little extra.
