Any good smoke shops in Philly?

Holts on Chestnut is great, and Mahogany (a cigar bar) is upstairs above it. Drinks are a bit expensive, but you can smoke your own sticks without a cutting fee.

I don't know, I think Holts on Walnut is the best.
