how cold is it now where you are smoking???

I gotta get me one of those. High of 20*F today. Warming into the high 30's this weekend.

It's been a tad chilly this winter so far. Actually I think MN gets a little colder than we do due to the lake effect. I've been looking at a lot of the cold weather tactics used here to see if I might employ one of them. So far I'm just standing outside with a shorter than normal stick.
