I really enjoyed the Avery Mephistopheles but for the price tag of $13 a bottle I'd rather pay $10 for a WWS @ 18% abv. Shame they cannot drop the cost on the Mephistopheles. Probably Averys best beer.

Nice pickup Albert. The Lost Abbey Serpents Stout is great.

I picked up two bottles of WWS, bottle date of 11/17/2009. Also, Old Rasp. XII anny.
I have heard that 11/09 bottles of WWS are kinda messed up, anyone else have anyone thoughts? I'm not going to open them for a while. |
