and its not here in NC. My wife took about a 50% pay cut when she moved from NJ to NC. Of course, it was worth it to be out of Jersey.

Congrats to you and your daughter - its an under-appreciated job that is critical to our children.

My wife would loose $20,000 a year if we moved to the DC area...
