What are you roasting today?

Has anyone roasted the following:

Panama Las Flores De Boquete, or

Ethiopia Sidama Bonko?

Just curious if you have, what your thoughts were on the two varieties...

I have not had those exact varities but the Ethiopia Wet Process Guji Oromo I got in my sampler was good.
